    Below is the list of countries we currently ship to:

    • Spain (Mainland): Free shipping on orders over €69.99 / Delivery in 24–48 hours.

    • Spain (Balearic Islands): Free shipping on orders over €74.99 / Delivery in 24–48 hours.

    • Germany: Free shipping on orders over €99.99 / Delivery in 2–7 days.

    • France: Free shipping on orders over €99.99 / Delivery in 2–7 days.

    • Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €99.99 / Delivery in 2–7 days.

    • Austria: Free shipping on orders over €109.99 / Delivery in 2–7 days.

    • Belgium: Free shipping on orders over €109.99 / Delivery in 2–7 days.

    Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to logistics or carrier-related delays.

    We prepare all orders placed Monday to Friday before 16:00. Any order placed after that time will be dispatched the next business day, except in exceptional circumstances.

    Delivery times are calculated in business days and start from the day your order is dispatched. There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

    When you place an order in our online store, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive tracking updates by email, including the estimated delivery date.

    In the event of stock shortages or logistical incidents, delivery times may be extended. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible. Unless we have expressly agreed on a different timeframe, delivery will take place without undue delay and, in any event, within 30 days from the date the contract is concluded. If you do not wish to wait, you may request order cancellation and a refund of the amounts paid. We will keep you informed and work to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.

     

    EXCHANGES & RETURNS

    A) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMERS)

    If you purchased as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product.

    • How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
      To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email an unequivocal statement to info@soloreakt.com including at least: (i) order number, (ii) full name, (iii) product(s), and (iv) delivery/receipt date.
    • Time limit to return the product:
      Once you have notified your decision to withdraw, you must send back or hand over the product without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days from the date you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
    • Return handling (label and instructions):
      After receiving your withdrawal request, we will email you the return instructions and, where applicable, a shipping label to make the return process easier. The product must be returned to the following address (return destination):

    • Return costs:
      Unless we expressly state otherwise, the direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by the consumer. If we provide you with a shipping label, the cost of that return may be (i) paid by the consumer according to the instructions provided, or (ii) deducted from the refund amount, to the extent permitted by applicable law and always in a transparent manner. In that case, we will inform you in advance of the exact amount associated with the label/return. Providing a shipping label is intended to simplify the return process and does not, by itself, mean that the return is free of charge.
    • Refund:
      We will refund the amount paid for the product(s) and, where applicable, the standard delivery costs for the initial shipment (not any surcharges for special/express delivery if you chose them), without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal.
      We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
      The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and provided you do not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
    • Condition of the product and handling:
      The consumer may handle and inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning (as they would in a physical store). If the product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary, the consumer may be liable for any diminished value resulting from such handling. Where applicable, we may apply a deduction from the refund equivalent to the actual diminished value, duly justified.
    • Packaging and protection:
      We recommend returning the product in its original packaging and properly protected for transport. Lack of original packaging does not prevent withdrawal, but inadequate packaging that causes damage or loss of value may be taken into account when assessing the diminished value mentioned above.
    • Exceptions:
      The right of withdrawal may not apply in the cases provided by law (for example, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods), where applicable.

     

    B) EXCHANGES (COMMERCIAL POLICY)

    We offer exchanges as a commercial policy, provided the product is in good condition and the request is made within 14 calendar days from delivery.

    • How to request an exchange:
      Email info@soloreakt.com with your order number, the product, and the exchange requested. We will provide the next steps.
    • Costs associated with exchanges:
      • If the exchange is requested due to a customer’s mistake (e.g., the customer ordered the wrong product), the associated shipping costs (sending the new product and collecting/returning the original one) will be borne by the customer.
      • If the exchange is due to our error (e.g., we shipped a product different from what was ordered), we will cover the costs necessary to correct it.
    • This exchange policy does not limit the right of withdrawal in section A) where applicable.

     

    C) DEFECTIVE PRODUCT / TRANSIT DAMAGE (LEGAL WARRANTY)

    • If the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged due to transport, please contact us at info@soloreakt.com stating: order number, contact details, and a description of the issue. We may request evidence (photos and/or videos) to process the claim.
    • In cases of lack of conformity, the applicable legal remedies will apply (repair or replacement and, where appropriate, a price reduction or contract termination) in accordance with applicable law. In these cases, the consumer will not bear the necessary shipping or return costs related to handling the lack of conformity.

     

    D) GENERAL RETURN GUIDELINES (RECOMMENDATIONS)

    To speed up processing, we recommend:

    • Keeping your order number.
    • Packaging the parcel properly to avoid transport damage.
    • Including a note inside with your order number and the reason (withdrawal / exchange / issue).
