ACCESSIBILITY

GENERAL INFORMATION

At Solo Reakt, we work to make our online store accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and those who use assistive technologies (for example, screen readers or keyboard navigation).

The accessibility of e-commerce services is regulated under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and its implementation in Spain through Law 11/2023 of 8 May.

This information will remain available and will be kept up to date while the service is operational, reflecting the progress and improvements implemented.

SCOPE

This statement applies to the online store available on the Solo Reakt website, including the main browsing and purchasing processes.

REFERENCE STANDARD

Our goal is to align with the European standard EN 301 549 (v3.2.1) as a technical reference for digital accessibility and with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines as the target conformance level for web content.

CONFORMANCE STATUS

The Site is currently undergoing continuous accessibility improvements. While we apply accessibility best practices, some sections or elements may not be fully accessible at all times, especially where they rely on third-party components.

EVALUATION AND METHODOLOGY

The accessibility of the Site is assessed through internal self-assessment and periodic reviews of key components and content. If external audits or additional testing are carried out, this statement will be updated accordingly.

  • Date this statement was prepared: 24/02/2026

ACCESSIBILITY MEASURES IMPLEMENTED

We are working, among other things, on the following measures:

  • Keyboard navigation and use of the site (without requiring a mouse) across the main elements of the Site.

  • Content structured in a clear and understandable way (headings and sections).

  • Ongoing improvements to contrast, readability and visual consistency.

  • Review of alternative text for relevant images where appropriate.

  • Progressive compatibility improvements with assistive technologies (screen readers).

COMPATIBILITY

Our goal is for the Site to be compatible with the most common browsers and assistive technologies. However, the user experience may vary depending on the device, browser, operating system and assistive technology used.

NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT OR KNOWN LIMITATIONS

Partial accessibility issues may exist in:

  • Third-party elements or apps integrated into the store (for example, payment gateways, widgets, analytics/marketing tools, review modules or chat, if used).

  • Occasional documents or resources (if any) that are not yet available in a fully accessible format.

  • Certain browser/device combinations may behave differently.
